At first it might seem strange to ask for decorating advice online, however the Internet provides you with easy access to qualified professional help at reasonable prices regardless of your physical location.

If you can provide a bit of information about your decorating challenge, we have the tools and up to date knowledge to get you headed towards a successful renovation.

Here is how it works:

Step 1

Purchase a Project Submission Ticket according to the project category you have in mind. Please read through all of the project categories available to make sure you purchase the correct ticket. Also, it is essential you provide us with a valid email address where you can be reached.

Step 2

We will contact you by email usually within one business day (Monday to Friday - US and Canadian Holidays excepted) with a Case Number asking you to send us complete details of your project including photos and special concerns.

Step 3

Send us the material along with your Case Number.

Please Note: You must have a Case Number for us to start on your project. If you have not purchased a ticket, we will send you a reminder to do so and will hold your project request until we receive notification that you have completed Step 1.

Step 4

Upon receipt of your project request and case number, we will respond again usually within one business day (Monday to Friday - US and Canadian Holidays excepted) with an estimated completion date and any further questions we may have as may be required to complete your project. The length of time required to complete your project will depend largely on the complexity of the task(s) at hand, however you can expect an average of 10 to 14 business days to complete your project.

Step 5

Your finished report will be emailed (or shipped if required) to you within the time estimate provided in step 4.
